Has anyone ordered PCBs from pcbcart.com ?

Hello, I'm gonna order some pcbs for some of my bass pedals, but would like to know If some of you have ordered boards from this place.
One friend showed me once some of their boards and the quality was amazing. And for a very good price as well.
But There are some parameters that I don't quite get in the quote and order form.
Maybe some of you can help me a little bit?

thanks in advance!

Best Regards

Doug

I think darkglass is talking about having a production run of PCBs fabricated. :)

If you can post up the parameters you're not sure about, someone can probably explain them. I've never used that service, I've done my stuff through batchpcb.com.

Thanks a lot for the responses! My main doubts are with the Slots in board Parameter. I use the milling layer of Eagle for the rectangular "wholes" of the PCB mounted Jack DC, but I am not sure if what they call slots in PC Cart is what Eagle calls Milling.
Here's a picture of both the PCB and the PCB Cart form.

I am using two PCBs for all my pedals, since my circuits are a bit bulky, is the only way to put circuits of 70 or 90 components in a small box :D.

Thanks again!

Best Regards

Douglas

Yepp, that's exactly what I meant... Actually all my pcbs are dual layer, and need PTH and some stuff that sadly require a Fab House.
Anyways since is my first run in Finland, I need small amounts, maybe 20 pcbs per project or so.

I'm no expert, but I would say yes, milling = slots. In a CNC operation like PCB manufacturing, the only way to get a slot is to mill one.

It seemed logicall to me, but better to make shure before wasting 50 bucks worth of tooling, plus shipping and pcb manufacturing :D.
Thanks everyone again! Would be useful actually open a Index thread of fabhouses we've worked with, and tell our experiences, price ranges, etc.

Thanks everyone again.

Greetings

Doug.

this is a great idea. hopefully we can get this going, and some more people can share their experiences- good or bad.

Agreed, I think a brief description and a quick list of pros/cons would be really useful.

Did this ever happen?

What is a good source for small run of small PCB boards in U.S. or North America?
Reasonable price, decent quality?
