Where - apart of Banzai - I can get those?

It's 6 months I'm waiting for my order of those lens from Banzai, I've just received an email from them with info that they still can't ship it to me, as they out of stock, so it's the time to start looking for other source

I've just noticed that the just take those lenses out of the web page, it was there 10 minutes ago... Cool... after 6 months they decided to inform us about unavailability
