Thats what i do for my print outs :)

Know anywhere where i can host large gif.....or huge DPI copy to save the printouts degrading for others?

What is large?
I took a monochrome gif layout of 3000 by 1500 pixels and it was 123Kb only.

I make my pcbs 600dpi and that works pretty well for me. I agree about using the gif format. I'm in Photoshop CS2 and the exported files are not too big. With the "Save for the web" option set for 2 colors, you can get even smaller files.

i have someclean shots of a 72 ish boomerang, don't have time to do the work, but if anyone wants to give it a go.

board is 3 inch X 1.5 inch. hole spacing for mount holes is 1.125" centerlines
