I asked the same question a couple of months ago.
There doesn't seem to be another source.. I think smallbear has them made to spec.

I got some from mouser a few weeks ago as Smallbear was out of stock for the ones I wanted. Steve gave me the part numbers. They were a little more expensive though.

Sorry , they appear to be out of stock as well. You might be better off to wait for Smallbear. I checked my order with Mouser and it was from March. I'll give you the part number though if that helps.

Mouser part# , 313-6100f-250.
Alpha part#, RV16A-42-15R1-A250k.

This is an example for a 250k audio pot. Just substitute the last numbers for the values you want.

I just checked again, 42 in the alpha part# is for long pin. 41 is for short pin that you are looking for. There are no short pin available at mouser.
