Looking for Breadboards

So..its been a while since I've been here, you guys probably don't remember me as I wasn't here for long 
.
Its been a few months since I've dealt with any DIY stompboxes (in school, trying to get into a university to study Electrical Engineering).
Anyway I'm looking to get my first breadboard, as it seems like one of the more useful tools there is for this profession, and I wanted you're opinions on some, I have someone in the states that can get me one from Fry's electronics.
What do you think about this one?

looks nice and roomy, and I'm not quite sure but is this one of those with its own power supply? (what are those plugs on the top?)
