Fender FM210r solid state amp, various questions

Hi,
I just bought a FM210R Amp used, built by Fender. The amp itself is quite nice (I was looking for a nice clean tone), there´s also a reverb but with very tiny springs - so there´s just a little bit of reverb, even when it´s turned to 10.

I tried to find the schematics for this gear, no success...
Does any1 has got a link or some kinda source, where to dld it?
Any idea how to mod this piece? maybe a mid-control for the clean channel? Some more usable second channel - that one is perfect for strats / SCs, but kinda sh*t for HBs

Is there a chance, to change the reverb-spring unit to a larger one / other one, to increase the effect?
Maybe an accutronics? Anyone have a clue?

it is for there fm212 model but i think it applies to your 210. the difference is size of speakers and power output (10s vs. 12s and 65 watts vs 100 watts)

circuit wise i bet it is the same but i stand to be corrected. The reason is i have a deluxe 112 and a schem i got before is a deluxe112 plus until i got a copy for my 112. Looking at both diagrams the 112 plus is rated at 90 watts while the other is at 65 watts. the only difference is in the power amp section whereby the 112 plus uses 2 pairs of power transistors while the other use only a pair. the rest of the circuit are the same.

with regards to the reverb tank, well you could try putting an accutronics-type for it. Normally the tank has two RCA connections, red and white/black. if you can get an accutronics, try it by following the same connections with your amp's reverb tank. simply swap it.

with regards to reverb tanks, all i know is the longer the tank and more springs inside (normally 3 in it) will produce longer reverb time and accutronics brand being the widely and industry-standard tank as used in many guitar combo amps

I agree with dfx about a longer tank giving a longer reverb delay effect. However for more volume on the reverb recovery stage, following the schematic, increasing R57 will give you more volume. Increasing too much will cause clipping at this stage so be aware of that. Also be aware that this resistor may or may not be labeled R57 in your amp. I don't know much about replacing reverb tanks, but I would think matching input and output impedance is important to which one you should get. There are also grounded inputs vs. insulated inputs. Try to find out as much as you can about your existing tank, and from there you can figure out which one would be best for a replacement or upgrade. Good luck and have fun!

I'm late to the party here, but in case somebody has a similar question;
Your reverb tank should have a code, a series of #s & letters. You can look this up online & it will tell you the specs of your tank. You need to use the same in & out impedances, & determine if the in & out are each grounded or isolated.
You can change the other parameters; # & length of springs, and decay time, (short, medium, long)
For just more level, drive or recovery gain might need to be increased..

Late, but somehow interesting for the people, who wants to improve the reverb of this amp.
The used spring tank is titled "AFM65" which does not lead to any solution. But here are the Accutronics tanks for this baby:

used in this amp: 8DB2C1B (3 springs inside the tank)

used, to improve / increase the fx: 4DB3C1B
the springs are a bit longer and only 2 inside the tank, which should make the rev a bit more deep and more intensive.

I´ll give it a try, someday.
