The other forum is more oriented to Hi-Fi audio, but have a section for guitar amps too.

I would also like to add that I think this is a good tome to download and read if you're after some Tube/Valve theory, especially if you're interested in building/modding Tube/Valve amps, or Tube/Valve based stompboxes.... :thumbsup
